Tuition Information

 *Tuition is inclusive of all student fees and curriculum* 

KINDERGARTEN – GRADE 6

Application Fee: A $100 application fee is required for each student. Application fee will increase to $200 for current students re-enrolling after February 1, 2018. Application fee is not refundable. 

Tuition Deposit and Family Involvement Fee: A non-refundable tuition deposit of $250 per student (applied towards tuition) and a Family Involvement Fee of $250 will be due by June 1st. When your family has served 15 hours during the school year your account will be credited for the Family Involvement Fee. 

Multi-Child Discount: Families enrolling multiple children (K and above), will receive a multi-child discount as follows: $100 Discount for 2nd child 

$200 discount for 3rd child 

$300 discount for 4th and subsequent children 

*This program does not apply to Preschool/Pre-K students* 

PRESCHOOL AND PRE-K

Tuition Deposit: A tuition deposit of $150 for 2 & 3 day students (applied towards tuition) will be due by June 1st

TUITION PAYMENT

STATEMENTS: We DO NOT bill. Quarterly reminders will be emailed to all families. Please keep a record of when your payments are due. 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Tuition may be paid monthly over 11 months. Payments are due by the 1st of each month, beginning with July and with a final payment due by May 1st. 

QUARTERLY PAYMENTS: Tuition may also be paid on a quarterly basis. Quarterly payments are due June 1, September 1, December 1, and March 1. The June 1 quarterly payment will include a nonrefundable portion reflective of the tuition deposit and the Family Involvement Fee (K-6th only). For those paying quarterly on time throughout the year, a $100 incentive credit (K-6) and a $50 incentive credit (Preschool/Pre-K) will be applied to the final tuition payment. 

PAYMENT METHODS: Payments may be made by Check, Cash or Credit Card. A 3% Transaction fee will be added to all credit card payments. Payments should be submitted to the school office or to mailed to Geneva Christian School, 1745 Kaneville Road; Geneva, IL 60134. Be sure to get a receipt for all cash payments. 

LATE FEE: A $20 fee will be charged if tuition is submitted or postmarked after the first of the month. 

RETURNED CHECK FEE: The bank fee(s) for returned checks will be passed on to you. If a returned check makes your tuition late, you will also be billed a $20 late fee. 

REFUND POLICY: ALL FEES AND TUITION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

TUITION ASSISTANCE: Occasionally tuition assistance is available to those in need. Applications are available in the office and must be completed and submitted by February 15th

OTHER FEES: 

1. Some field trip fees will be additional throughout the school year. 

2. Piano Lessons – Piano lesson fees are due upon receipt of statement from GCS. 

Cost of piano books will be paid directly to instructor. Piano statements will be 

emailed monthly. Late fees apply if not paid by next statement. 

3. Spanish club (Preschool & Pre-K students) – this fee will be billed on your GCS tuition statement 

and is due September 1. 

4. Choir (grades 1 – 6, after school) – this fee will be billed on your GCS tuition statement. 

5. B #Music class (Preschool & Pre-K students), Faith Doodlers Art (Preschool – Kindergarten 

students), and Chess club (grades K – 6 students) after school programs - Payment is due 

upon receipt of statement.
